Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Products damaged through misuse

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
