Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. This usually happens within 24–72 hours after you place the order.

Haven't received your tracking number yet?
- Less than 72 hours since your purchase: Your order is being prepared. The tracking email is on the way.
- More than 72 hours: Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don't see it, email us at infohypnia@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Estimated shipping times (US & Canada)
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express shipping (when available): 2–4 business days
Frequently asked questions
- My tracking shows "label created" for several days. This is normal during the first 24–48 hours after dispatch. The carrier scans the package once it enters their network.
- My package status hasn't updated in days. Carriers occasionally skip scans between hubs. If there's no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
- My order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk first, then contact the carrier and us within 48 hours so we can help.
- Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at infohypnia@gmail.com.
