Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- You must provide your order number.
- For defective or damaged products, a photo or video is required.
- Digital bonuses (Sleep Guide, Meditation Audio) are non-refundable once downloaded.
Refund Amount
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items → 100% full refund.
- Unused items in original condition → 100% full refund.
- Used items in good condition → 80% refund (restocking fee applies).
How to Request a Refund
The process is simple:
- Send an email to infohypnia@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
- Include your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting photos/videos.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours with next steps and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
- Ship the item back using the prepaid label.
- Once received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products already downloaded.
- Final-sale items clearly marked as such.
