Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must provide your order number.
  • For defective or damaged products, a photo or video is required.
  • Digital bonuses (Sleep Guide, Meditation Audio) are non-refundable once downloaded.

Refund Amount

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items → 100% full refund.
  • Unused items in original condition → 100% full refund.
  • Used items in good condition → 80% refund (restocking fee applies).

How to Request a Refund

The process is simple:

  1. Send an email to infohypnia@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting photos/videos.
  3. Our team will reply within 24 hours with next steps and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  4. Ship the item back using the prepaid label.
  5. Once received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products already downloaded.
  • Final-sale items clearly marked as such.
  • Gift cards.
